Valentines by kids

The cards are truly “made by hands, felt by hearts”

Children create Valentine's Day cards for Hospital Patients and others

Our project is to encourage children to make Valentine’s Day cards for the less fortunate. We collect the cards and deliver them to local hospital patients, nursing home and hospice residents, and to clients of Food & Friends – all to bring smiles to faces.

People do feel the love when they receive these cards and the students feel it when they draw the cards. This coming  Valentine’s Day, more than 55,000 children are signed up to spread the love by making cards! Add that number to number of recipients and you have more than 100,000 smiles! And that doesn’t even count the teachers, parents, and staff who share the joy.  These Valentines are truly made by hand, felt by hearts.

Here is our pitch to schools, clubs, scouts,  volunteers, and hospitals:  JOIN US in this fun and rewarding activity!

It’s so easy — the sign-up links are below.  But, don’t delay.  Registration  to make cards closes when we have 250 schools, clubs, and scout troops.
